This one is pretty much a fail. No reading comments on this one for me unless I want to be depressed. What I failed to remember when creating this remix:
1. We live in a time when melodies should be “stupid” and extremely easy to remember.
2. People don’t care if the melodies are carefully crafted to be in a certain key the entire length of the song.
3. You always will be compared to someone else for expressing creativity in your own way. Example, MysteryGuitarMan and Auto-tune The News (who by the way are not the first of their kind [people don’t care] ).
4. Most people don’t care about the technical aspects of music.
5. Auto-Tune is dying. Or wait, I need to make it less obvious. (it has always been heavily used by 90% of artists you know since like the year 2000, but people don’t know that. Shhhh)
6. You should never attempt to do a full commercial remix that does not have a clean vocal signal.

1. People have assholes and opinions.
2. You are on YouTube.
3. Keep things incredibly simple, especially when dealing with pop internet culture.
4. Never Auto-Tune anything on the max setting.
